It is! It's slightly hot and a little bit sweet and the veggies gives a bit texture while the cucumbers gives a nice crunch. So yummy.
Pasta with minced meat sauce similar to bolognese but with Korean chili paste, green beans, carrots, spring onions and pickled cucumber. Beans, carrots and cucumber are from our field. This is incredible delicious and I ate 2 plates like you see in the picture.
