They dont lay many eggs in a year. I cant give you a number though lol. They will hatch out anything. They are fantastic mothers.

Because of this they make perfect meat birds.

As in im never raising another meat chicken intentionally again, kind of "perfect meat birds."

Ive decided after my experience this year, im not fooling with meat chickens any more. The ducks are just outright better.

These things are quiet, they dont tear up stuff as much, I dont have to manage anything for the hen that hatches the ducklings, and it *seems* like I dont have to rush to harvest them like meat chickens.

The males are massive birds, im still trying to figure out the best time to harvest them but the ~5 month old I smoked for Thanksgiving was really good.

I want to figure out simpler ways to Cook them but thats all trial and error stuff.

you are sending me down a rabbit hole. How many eggs do you typically get from muscovy? I just read that they will bread multiple times a year depending on climate.

I'm tempted to get rid of my chickens (I have a small back yard and only 6 chickens) and switch to muscovy ducks and rig something up for them.

This duck is hilarious. It's like a duck dog. wags it's tail when it sees me and comes running up to me because I'm always giving it some food. The geese, they're just jerks and I'll cook them first lol.

Under a Pessimism Attack, a random peasant with no position of authority, seeks to speak for all of humanity. The goal is to "black-pill" the speaker (who is creating value), by making broad and general negative statements, about what all of society thinks.

The hater has failed to create value or any meaning on their own, so they strive to achieve rank in social situations, by hazing others. However, this pessimism is logically flawed.

First, the value creator is usually trying to promote new technology. But the hater often has to use new technology itself to spew the dribble. If the hater is admitting to using trendy tech, only after it has gained mass adoption, then they admit that they are not a thought-leader, and therefore unqualified to speak for all of humanity.

Second, the hater fails to acknowledge that the oppressor's only power is pessimism. For example banks leeching through government money, or Big Tech censoring through traditional social networks. If the technology already exists to shake the predator class, (for example cryptocurrency or decentralized social networks), than it's only psychology and cultural awareness that gives these corrupt institutions power.

By engaging in blind and purposeless pessimism, the hater aids the oppressor in solidifying their power... but the hater doesn't even benefit personally.

So the hater is for free, and for no purpose or personal benefit, acting as cheerleader for the predator class, to haze alternative technology... So they can continue to NOT get funds or freedom.

When I worked in the ward and floor I got tired of the patients, their families and the daily drama.

Now that I'm the boss and I work in the office drinking coffee and scolding interns, I really miss sticking needles into people to drain fluids, that they cough tuberculosis in my face and the daily drama.
