Just a few days ago, shared the observation on how these Warp affiliates are posting what I see as far too much engagement bait (incl deliberately controversial stuff)

The CEO and Growth person blocked me as response (their right)

Their affiliates got out of hand since it seems

I'll be sending a few emails to the mail list notifying all previous customers about new features and any new relevant change that they can benefit from.

I've been working on fullPage.js for a long time, since 2013.

And now I'm starting to notice a decrease in paying customers. This is probably due to the CSS Scroll Snap feature that browsers provide.

So, I'm making some changes to try to overcome or at least soften the curve

Does anybody know of a good break-long-post-into-chunks app that works with Bluesky? If it will crosspost (without breaking up the post) to Twitter and LinkedIn, that's icing! And yes, I fully understand the irony of asking for a Bluesky-support application on Twitter . I'm hoping that the Great Brazilian Migration might help get more people who aren't Brazilian to move. From a LinkedIn post on keeping up morale on a remote team [http://t.ly/KQMz5]. I think this advice is appallingly bad—hellish extrovert thinking imposed on unwilling introverts. Most developers I know would run in terror. You cannot "bond" people artificially by making them uncomfortable. If you really want a gelled team, then literally work together collaboratively. Try Ensemble/Mob programming, for example. Have free-form conversations with customers. Physically get together occasionally (once a week is better than nothing.) No team can be effective (or bonded) if they don't regularly communicate in real-time.

There's a circle of hell reserved for the creators of websites that don't support an authenticator app for the 2FA logins. It can take 5 minutes or more to log in if you use txt or email, depending on _your_ txt/email servers as well as mine. Sites that only support an email login link are even worse. Just stop with the security theater! . .

I dug into the ChatGPT Remix codebase and found a few clues as to why they moved from Next.js to Remix

Some surprising things here

Very cool, place well under “feel the AGI” category. As mentioned in the post, making actual apps is a lot more than code, you have to set up the entire environment, deploy it, etc. Automating all of this other infra will allow anyone to quickly build and deploy entire web apps.
