In the reserve-a-circle-of-hell category, I work with many systems with a "save as draft" feature. Every one of those systems makes it impossible to find those drafts after you save them. They're buried so deep, that the save-as-draft button may as well be a delete button. The feature is worthless if you can't find the safe drafts!
