There’s a phrase from antiquity, Greek philosopher, I can’t remember the name; I’ll do my best to translate…
“YEEYEE”
Because to understand bitcoin is to go against everything the collective society holds as normal and fact. It’s to accept you and everyone you know is and continues to be fed falsehoods about one of the most integrated aspects of humanity’s current path; money.
It’s an original byproduct of slathered psychological thriller ontop of the bones of the Mob/heist/gangster clique trope.
So many references it’s hard to count. It almost points out the premise the way it’s a made composite of archetypes and “go-to”s. The pieces make up the movie but they are also something separate: just like the ego and true self.
