Bitcoin being the best money ever, would it be correct to say that its one of its major weaknesses is the network it relies upon, being the internet? Could dystopian ideas such as digital IDs to access the ISP-facilitated internet pose a threat to Bitcoin's relevance? Asking for a friend..

As a Breez user I encountered the same restriction. Is this an inherent limitation of non-custodial wallets? Would you know how this problem could be solved or where one can find how much progress is made on this?
