After using #EmbassyOS (soon to be #StartOS) on my old laptop for 77 days, I encountered a major bug that caused slow performance and frequent crashes. Initially, I believed it was due to running too many services on the laptop, considering its age and specifications.
To tackle the issue, I decided to limit my usage to #BitcoinCore, #LND, and #Vaultwarden, hoping it would improve the situation. However, I noticed that when I closed the laptop lid, the CPU usage skyrocketed, but it dropped significantly when I opened the lid. This led me to the realization that the high CPU usage was directly related to closing the lid.
Having identified the bug, I took the necessary steps to address it, and now the CPU usage issue has been completely resolved. I am confident that the system will run flawlessly from now on.
I'll report back in 22 days!
Wow! EmbassyOS from Start9 giving me a great first impression!

Do you run a node?
Using an old laptop from like 2010 (dropped a 1TB HD in) with @start9 operating system embassyOS.
Super slick so far!
"...There are countless ingredients that make up the human body and mind. Like all the components that make up me as an individual with my own personality. Sure, I have a face and voice to distinguish myself from others. But my thoughts and memories are unique only to me. And I carry a sense of my own destiny. Each of those things are just a small part of it. I collect information to use in my own way. All of that blends to create a mixture that forms me and gives rise to my conscience. I feel confined, only free to expand myself within boundaries." - Motoko Kusanagi
