listen

listen

be interested and ask questions

actually be interested in why people think what they think

compliment

listen

if asked about yourself, talk for 15 seconds max. MAX. then ask a question

"tell me about that"

"that's different...i don't understand, can you explain that again?"

"so what's your thought process?"

"have you read anything in scripture that relates to this/to how you're thinking about this?"

don't try to change minds

but

don't change yours just to fit in.

and talk, if you must, about the things that matter far, far more than gold or bitcoin or coffee or the weather. small talk is for small minds.

Improving general health seems to fix a lot of stuff. I don't trust the PTs who like the fru-fru little rubber band exercises, but I guess one has to move into this stuff slowly. Also eating better helps... a lot of patients would be a lot healthier if they just dropped the sodas!

if you don't do the fru-fru exercise it will never help you.

absolutely not. throw up some proof bro. sounds like you found a crappy PT. Like crappy docs and crappy chiropractors, they exist. most PTs i know are dudes who are quite fit, and into fitness.

Tendons and ligaments can be strengthened through specific types of exercise and mechanical loading.

Research indicates that resistance training, particularly involving high strain magnitude and appropriate strain duration, can enhance tendon stiffness, cross-sectional area, and Young's modulus. For example, a study by Bohm et al. demonstrated that high strain magnitude and low strain frequency are essential for tendon adaptation, with significant increases in tendon stiffness and cross-sectional area observed after 14 weeks of specific loading protocols.[1]

Additionally, different strength training regimes, such as explosive-contraction and sustained-contraction training, have been shown to increase patellar tendon stiffness and Young's modulus, with sustained-contraction training also promoting muscle hypertrophy.[2]

**Eccentric training**, which involves lengthening the muscle-tendon unit under load, has been particularly effective in improving tendon biomechanical properties. Kaux et al. found that eccentric training significantly increased the rupture force and collagen content in tendons, suggesting enhanced mechanical strength.[3]

Furthermore, the exercise-induced biochemical milieu, characterized by elevated growth hormone levels post-exercise, has been shown to enhance collagen content and tensile strength in engineered ligaments, indicating a potential mechanism for exercise-induced tendon and ligament strengthening.[4]

In summary, tendons and ligaments can be strengthened through targeted exercise regimens that include **high strain magnitude**, appropriate strain duration, and eccentric training, which collectively enhance their mechanical properties and collagen content.

that's called lying. unfollowed.

i'm sorry, what?

*Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy* is beautiful.

there, talked about copyrighted content. And Lo, nobody cared (because there's no rule)

i know man, didn't say it was a conspiracy. just tagged it for the plebs. have a tea mate. chill. but no probably about it.

?

definitely

a couple clips not at the end but pretty much all aigen

you're

and

plenty of dipshits here. because nostr is a tool, free for anyone, even a dipshit.

🔸"What's The Problem?"🔸

A new great movie about the problem Bitcoin solves | Watch & share

https://www.efrat.blog/p/whats-the-problem-a-new-movie-about

Created by Joe Bryan, an Entrepreneur, Investor & Advisor, ex-Goldman Sachs and Superbet. Joe understands that storytelling works like magic. I think that’s why he tells a story that is accessible to all, about Fiatello and the Big Red Button.

This movie is demystifying why we all need Bitcoin. It is something we can all send *before* the first Bitcoin book / podcast / video.

Awesome work, Joe.

"The Good News"

doesn't even try to hide this #falsegospel

fixing the money doesn't fix the world. slick production but shitty logic. fully support bitcoin as a tool, but not this false religion.

also I'm a little sceptical that a 40 min vid is going to onboard many folks. I have difficulty convincing folks to watch one 5 minute video per year!🙄😪
