Agreed, and I think Nostr can be a great on-ramp/introduction to bitcoin. I’ve already learned a lot from the community in the short time I’ve been here. You’re able to ask questions that you wouldn’t necessarily feel comfortable asking on other platforms.

It feels like we can’t keep up with the pace of technological development as a society.

China offers an example of the dystopian future that can arise if authoritarians use tech to surveil and control their citizens.

I think decentralization and free markets offer hope, which is why the authoritarians hate Bitcoin. It also got me thinking, I wonder if a new blockchain could store things like health records and personal data. Decentralize that too.
