I think retirement is kind of a scam. I think Bitcoin enables the individual to focus on those things that are most important to them. Fiat creates a system of trying to keep up with debasement and thus misallocation of resources. The most important resource everyone has is time.

I don't understand the mentality of never spending sats. I do at every chance I get. If someone wants to accept it as a form of money I'll gladly pay with it. I've caviat, I always replace those sats.
In the long run no. But it may neuter it short term.
A school or boot camp to educate the next generation about Bitcoin. I think if we're going to push adoption we need to empower the younger generation.
I'll gladly spend and replace now with merchants that accept it. If Bitcoin does what I believe it will, 90% of the stack will go to my heirs. The 10% will go supporting my lifestyle and helping others. Provide value and value will return.
