Absolutely not! If you need a life coach who is perfect, put together, and knows everything, then that's not me!

I chose this career because I have made so many mistakes that I couldn't count, and I will continue to do so.

Are you familiar with the 12 Steps to Overcome Alcohol? The 12th step is to share it with others who are struggling too! The same is true for me.

My first client as a past life regression practitioner made me realise that what I thought was an awful and dreadful life of mine was nothing compared to my clients'.

Does this mean that my pain and sorrow are not valid? Absolutely not. It means I am seeing my life through a different lens. Every pain and misfortune often leads to a new journey, a new discovery of myself.

So no, I don't have my life figured out. In fact, I am simply winging it. Does this mean I do not have inspiration? Of course not. I have plans and goals. But I no longer tie myself so much to the outcome. Whatever comes will come. I am not fixated on the outcome. I do my utmost to surrender to the "what is." Otherwise, I will fall into the trap of anxiety and depression again.

Whether you follow me for my content or you are contemplating trying my service, know this:

Don't confuse 'empathy and kindness' with 'being nice.' Just because someone demonstrates empathy and kindness does not mean they will tolerate disrespect.

It's often the opposite. People who can empathise and show kindness have learned valuable lessons— the hard way. As a result, they prioritise healthy boundaries above all else, and if you push those boundaries, they will stand firm.

I was trying to be nice but it created some confusion.
