I look at it this way:

Bitcoin takes off: high probability, reward ~30x

Bitcoin fails for some reason: low probability, reward 0x

With a 100% allocation I might get rekt. While something like a 50% allocation makes me happy whatever happens.

Ironically when I'm discussing Bitcoin with people, a lot of times they will use the argument that Bitcoin brings inequality. A few has the majority of bitcoin. I think this is a natural distribution like the pareto. Probably this is also gradually changing.

I think the difference with bitcoin is that you can at least start saving. Stack sats and eventually you'll get somewhere. While with fiat it keeps inflating away.
