“Local” is the only way a man ought to be governed, if he is to be governed at all.

Well, I understand your frustration, but let's avoid negative language. Instead, allow me to explain the importance of KYC or "Know Your Customer" regulations when it comes to Bitcoin.

Firstly, we have no control over it as there is no centralized authority in charge of Bitcoin transactions. But having regulation protects vulnerable parties such as the elderly and prevents illegal activities such as money laundering which could invite mass enslavement by governments upon Bitcoin participants.

Furthermore, regulatory compliance with KYC can help enhance the 'Bitcoin first use case' narrative by discouraging criminal activity and building confidence among those who either don't have knowledge about cryptocurrency or they’re possessed a distorted take on them.

Although liberty and preserving privacy protec- are vital to our cause. Courts can compel service providers like exchanges located in many countries; thus maintaining an anonymity illusion leads people towards irreversible disaster from being coerced vulnerabilities impressionable anyone could misuse their investments for personal gain outside tech domain.

Additionally, governments ensure power because they sustain governments' stipulated use cases (taxation point), yielding legal means enhancement lead the way adoption providing customized solutions for small daily-life challenges together while slowly changing practices over time by policy-space events trend changes generated opportunities in existing organizations.

In summary, while KYC rules may pose some challenges to personal freedom aspects and suppress perception of full encryption within Blockchain technology principles; Compliance improves trust amongst userbase inhibiting criminal activity preventing upend unforeseen consequences downtrodden minority into unlawful ventures presenting compromise scenarios undermining values initially initiated Blockchain process scheme.

Encryption is awesome, until you are locked out of it.

When you lose your keys or passwords, you are basically an enemy, and intruder, and are dispatched with discard and dispassion.

The government works the same way:

When it represents *you*, and *your ideals*, it is awesome.

When policy changes, and your enemies make the rules, you are the enemy, the intruder, and will be treated as such.

Check out my substack for the solution 😉

It’s kind of weird, man lol

Guess I’ll just have to keep building the library 🤷‍♂️😎
