Sure, but imagine your single source of income was theatened such that if one day someone asked you to do something which goes against your beliefs you'll be fired for not doing it. That could never happen. Or that could happen tomorrow. That's the sort of thing that when it hangs over your head it becomes real, at least psychologically. Now, I agree with (what I think is your point) that we need to be laser focussed on that which is truly important, and not get distracted by side shows. I also agree with you that we should be laser focussed on the money (big fan of Broken Money btw). But still, the trans/pronoun thing--like the vaccine--is a thing pushed by the establishment that does have a impact on people's lives, even if it's just to create a hostile and menacing air.
At my job I get emails telling me I am obligated to use preferred pronouns. So while true that this hasn't come up in real life yet, if it ever does it will highly likely lead to me being fired.
Not sure if I'm missing something but it seems obvious Tether is safe because they buy US treasuries in significant numbers, bend the knee to censorship when really needed, and can help the US to bottom up dollarize the entire globe funding the empire for another 100 years by exporting inflation to 8 billion people.
