I don't know why I psyche myself out about how difficult a new thing is going to be and it never is... I read, and obsess, and talk myself out of applying what I've read, then watch videos about whatever the thing is, then pep talk myself for 2 days - 2 weeks, then I read a little more, then I try it and always find myself surprised at how simple the task turns out to be. 😂 It's a self-perpetuating cycle because I'm not sure if these tasks are actually that simple or if I beat myself into understanding before I attempt them... so I just keep learning through self-doubt. And laughing about it in the end.
