I have been silent in here for a bit, but I plan on getting back into distilling in the spring. A buddy of mine wants to learn how so we'll be investing in some gear so we can make more runs.

Going to get some of those 7 gallon fermenting buckets so we can cook up more than one batch at a time. We'll then run one or more distilling runs using those batches. May do one in a day or more if it works out right. I'll plan on posting some good stuff here when we get that rolling. Stay tuned!

Besides my native Polish, I speak fluent English, intermediate Russian and communicative/basic Spanish.

I also learnt to speak Esperanto but forgot most vocabulary, although I could quite quickly learn it back I think (all its grammar can be written in one A5 page)
