I'm working on an update that should go out by tonight that I believe will fix that for the people running into the issue.
Lud06 is your basic lightning address/url. Lud16 is the email-style address (user@somewallet.com).
DM'd you. If you have a minute we can walk through this and see what's up.
Odd. I logged out and logged back in using Alby no problem. So you're not getting an error it's just not showing your icon?
Ok I'm hearing a few people say that they've had this issue. I'll logout and reset everything on mine and see if it gives me any issues.
NostrGram grabs the nostr.json file and verifies the name/pubkey pair is correct, otherwise it doesn't show the badge. So yeah, it's correct. I'm not sure why Snort isn't showing it.
Gotcha. That one shows the badge also.
It shows valid on NostrGram. You have the purple validation badge.
3pm works for me. I'll put it on my schedule. Rough topic list and estimated time? I'm a detail oriented person and like to prepare lol
Wednesday should work. Noon PT or ET?
Absolutely! Let me know when you want to do it and we'll set it up.
Exactly. Growing up in a religious cult and escaping it taught me that people usually do things out of habit and tradition, and not because the really have any idea *why* they've always done it that way. After leaving the cult I did a René Descartes and jettisoned all the beliefs I had been *told* were true and started to analyze what I *really* knew to be true -- and why. It's eye opening how much we really know based on experience and how much we *think* we know based on what we've been told.
Good brand. Lots of greasy stank-butter.
Yeah. About 1/3rd of the NostrGram users use the app for anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour or more. So lots of page views.
**WHAT'S YOUR WILDEST PREDICTION ABOUT NOSTR'S FUTURE?**
I'll go first. Nostr will:
* Replace Big Tech social media with a large array of small networks for specific topics and localities, some paid and some of community-sponsored.
* Allow us to subscribe to the networks (nostrworks?) we're interested in and see them inter-mingled in our feeds.
* Return ownership of our data to us and us alone.
* Let us bask in the refreshing lack of censorship and algos that push us toward contention and hatred to generate engagement and ad views.
Give me your predictions below. 👇

Personally I think Nostr's growth will be grassroots. Obviously an app in the App Store brought a lot of attention, but it was mostly the wrong kind of attention, as evidenced by the spam. But if those of us who Nostr spread the word to friends and family the growth will be exponential. I've already purple pilled a few people myself. Once they experience it they see the difference.
