Survival of the Fittest: Witness Lions in their Element.

“I eat everything, but I don't have the courage to kill for food by myself. I prefer to wait for others to do it for me. I believe it's safer that way, and I don't want to put my life in danger.” - Vulture
Despite the decline in African hoopoe numbers, we can still witness their beauty and uniqueness in Ngorongoro, where their habitats are protected.
Lions are now climbing trees in Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu, and Serengeti, a behavior previously seen only in Manyara National Park. Experts suggest it helps them escape heat, pests, and use trees as watchtowers.
Did you know that black rhinos are fascinating creatures? Despite being solitary, they form strong bonds between a mother and her calf. Moreover, during mating, the bulls and cows develop a consort relationship.

Global tourism companies have shown interest in investing in Tanzania, particularly in accommodation, transportation, and tourism promotion.
During the ongoing ITB Tourism Exhibition in Berlin, Germany, the Minister of Natural Resources and Tourism, Angellah Kairuki, expressed delight in meeting the TUI Group, which has invested in Zanzibar and is expected to launch its ninth hotel by June.
The minister also talked with a U.S. and Puerto Rican-based company expected to bring more than 40 transportation agents to various locations in Tanzania starting this May.
Furthermore, a discussion with the Expedia Group and a Slovakian company focused on collaborating on tourism advertising.
The Managing Director of the Tanzania Tourist Board, Damasi Mfugale, stated that Tanzania's participation in the exhibition serves as encouragement to increase the number of tourists in the country.

Have you ever wondered how experts, such as zoologists and conservationists, can figure out the age of mammals, such as elephants? Well, it is not as complex as it sounds – even you (yes, you!) can estimate the age of the gentle giant.
The secret (well, not so much of a secret anymore) is the teeth! Yes, elephants' age can be determined by their teeth. Researchers have figured out that through the condition of the teeth, you can tell the age, whether the elephant is in its adolescence rebel phase or its grumpy senior phase. Elephants go through a series of six sets of molars (yes, six!) in their lifetime, and as their teeth eventually wear out, it delivers a clear picture of their age. How is that for a fun fact!
Interesting, right? For more awesome facts, follow Tanzania Safari Channel's social media platforms and watch the channel – you won't regret it!

Imagine how much less fun it would be to visit a breathtaking Safari destination without company (no offense to introverts).
If you had the opportunity to visit any Safari destination in Tanzania with a special person, who would that be?
Show how much you value that person by tagging him or her in the comment section!
P.S. You can tag more than one person if you can not choose, no pressure! 👀
