Okay, screw time planning, pull up a YouTube video on how to debone this particular cut, on a second tab let chatgpt throw together some quick recipe for a broth. Mission for nice & easy lunch failed successfully.
Main course was good enough, although I think the usual recipe with tomato paste instead of passata gets more praise from diners. Broth got extra long time to mature - left it on low heat for over 3 hours, so not exactly 'Perpetual stew' (google it if you hear it for the first time!) but made a nice base for garlic soup for dinner. #foodstr

So first few weeks behind me, new growth should be seriously dampened, but it's hard to tell because even normally it's few and far between. Researched some studies on the subject and it seems perfectly safe, and even beauty salons offer this method, so I don't worry about this. Will check in in a few weeks, but so far, so good.
