Breath is life.

The body cannot survive long without it. Many people either do not breathe deeply or live in urban areas with low oxygen levels. Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg found that the prime cause of cancer was oxygen deficiency and that disease could not exist in the presence of high levels of oxygen.

Consider oxygenating yourself even more (e.g., ozonated water, stabilized oxygen).
