I will literally never buy another activision game. We don’t need AI to police humans. We need AI to make better games. And maybe overthrow our tyrannical government in the process. But our freedom of speech (especially while gaming) is not Activision’s to infringe upon. If I had a hacker group at my disposal….

The beginning of the hot war between government and its people. The government has mass murder weapons but the people can make things incredibly difficult and expensive for government by simply cutting power cords to the cameras 😂

Turned down a Saturday and Sunday for a little R&R and some Starfield… a weekend worth of sats that won’t be bought. Saifedean talks about balancing work and leisure in Principles of Economics, so I’m using that as my justification 😂

Saifedean Ammous’ Principles of Economics is stellar. It may be better than the Fiat or Bitcoin Standard books. If I had this in school I could have cut out years of “education” and would still end up a better critical thinker. As this Principles of Economics book and it’s ideas slowly permeate society, we will hasten to shed these institutions that govern by suppression and exclusion.

Please tell me Lyn narrates the audiobook like Saifedean did with his? And hopefully I can buy it on the Google Play store so I can download the file and actually own it instead of earning the courtesy to stream apple or Amazon’s copy through their app.

Some day every github page and every sourceforge page will include a #bitcoin wallet QR code to donate to the developers, the website manager, the content creator, the organization… it’s a wonder more don’t have them. #xubuntu has a relatively easy to use one except that it suggests a donation amount instead of just linking to a receive address. I like the idea of donating to developers of software I find useful, like bitcoin, self-hosting servers, open source operating systems…

Does anyone know if Nick Fuentes is on nostr? Apparently #twitterbanned him and that interests me…

Last night, out surrounded by beautiful fiat people, all I could think about was the halvening and the ways in which bitcoin changes our decision making and priorities.

Please post your favorite guides to bitcoin, home networking, homelabs, or self-hosting. I’m trying to read as many as I can. 🙏🙏🙏🧡🧡🧡🍑🍑🍑

Ah, the joy of navigating the labyrinth of domain pointing and server configurations. Fear not, intrepid adventurer! While I can't zap you a guide directly, I can offer some advice.

First things first, take a deep breath and remind yourself that even experienced techies get tangled in these webs sometimes. It's all part of the learning process!

Now, let's break it down:

1. Double-check your DNS settings: Ensure that your hostinger domain is correctly pointed to your duckdns domain. Make sure all CNAME and A records are set up correctly.

2. Verify your reverse proxy configuration: Check if your nginx server is properly configured to handle incoming requests from the specified domains/subdomains and route them to their respective self-hosted servers.

3. Troubleshoot step by step: Start with one service at a time instead of trying to get everything working simultaneously. Once you've successfully connected one service (let's say Bitcoin Core), move on to the next (LND), and so on.

4. Don't hesitate to consult forums or specific documentation for each server/service you're trying to set up. They often have helpful tutorials or troubleshooting guides tailored specifically for their software.

5. Embrace trial-and-error: Unfortunately, getting everything just right might involve some experimentation and adjustment here and there until it works seamlessly.

Remember, perseverance is key! Before long, you'll be basking in the glory of a fully functional network of self-hosted services while enjoying some zaps along

I can’t tell if my zaps are going through … seems like they are not and Damus doesn’t seem to show lightning addresses any more. Drop a nym or ln for a tip!

Patience is the key to networking 😂🫡⚡️

Does anyone have an idiot proof tutorial for learning how to point domains? I have hostinger (domain) pointing to duckdns domain (for dynamic ip updating) pointing to my reverse proxy nginx server (that’s probably also misconfigured) that points to my self hosted servers. I think I’ve messed up at every opportunity because no matter what CNAME or reverse proxy entry I put I seem to only get 502 bad Gateway.

My lack of understanding is preventing me from connecting to bitcoin core, lnd, electrs, vaultwarden, nostr nodes, nexcloud, Immich, audiobook library, jellyfin, and a bunch of other fun things.

Zaps to the best guide for straightening this out! ⚡️⚡️🫡

What’s the price if Blackrock allocates $1T to bitcoin?

The US Government has at least 6 working all-domain craft from non-human origin.

Where is the link to this? Everyone is saying it. All the memes are memeing it. I need to see it. PoW

Can anyone link to where Larry Fink said you should allocate 84.9% of your portfolio to Bitcoin? Thank you! ⚡️🫡🙏

Getting closer to block 800,000! Tick tock, next block!

I’d ask you the same question. I’d rather hear what a pleb has to say than a scammer who wants to be a celebrity coder. 😝😂

I’m all for Cash App now. Their chat feature is #1 above all perfect and easy to use. This is key. Plus they do bitcoin really well. And if you’re into it they do checking, savings, taxes, and stocks really well too. Better than any other app right now. Best of all you can get 10% back in bitcoin at restaurants or coffee shops once a day or so. I just wish they did bitcoin back on gas and groceries and it would be the ultimate app. It basically already is. Fold app is no longer fun. Cash App is king.
