True I don't think it's that bad but me saying so may be biased because I'm getting the most of it 🤣 but the game is generous as you can achieve 1000HP with just 10 VGR very early in the game.
I really like playing as spell caster, I sticked with it even in DS3.
My agility is 105 because of ADP + ATN, not that I regret it, I can use estus faster, better resist debuff (poison is nasty) and have more iframes plus more spell slots and less cast time.

Yeah it has been fun until now and I beated a good amount of bosses. But I leveled ADP to 25 as soon as possible, could tell it was one of the most important attributes

Only a few themes for ps3 were worthy visually but buy it mm~ I personally used more the default one.

Some of the generic anime girls is really good, and the top ones I'd say is the Drakengard 3 related ones and Odin Sphere.
Also the PS3 avatar session is really fun, some of them was really meant to taunt other players lmao.
