* Stress is a major contributor to mental health disorders.
* Stress is not only a personal experience, but also a societal challenge.
* We need to address the structural contributors to stress, such as inequality and systemic pressures.
* We need to take an integrated approach to health in order to effectively prevent and treat stress-related disorders.

Several medications are commonly used to manage stress and related conditions. Here are some of the most common:
Antidepressants:
* Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs): These are the most commonly prescribed antidepressants for anxiety and stress. They work by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain, a neurotransmitter that affects mood. Examples include fluoxetine (Prozac), sertraline (Zoloft), and escitalopram (Lexapro).
Benzodiazepines:
* These medications are often prescribed for short-term relief of anxiety and panic attacks. They work by slowing down the central nervous system. However, they can be habit-forming and should be used with caution. Examples include alprazolam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium), and lorazepam (Ativan).
Beta-Blockers:
* These medications are typically used to treat high blood pressure but can also help manage physical symptoms of anxiety, such as rapid heart rate and trembling. Examples include propranolol and atenolol.

I like to bookmark alot; last days I noticed the new added bookmarks didnβt show sometimes/disappeared a little later when scrolling and returning to the bookmarked post or see a repost (I mean the blue fill of the bookmark icon in the post itself);
is it a storage problem maybe, because too many bookmarks?
