Kabukicho, the area across from where the Godzilla head is, is entirely Yakuza controlled. It's all clubs (brothels but not legally recognized as such), catering to men and women alike. There was an ineffective police crackdown this year, and this month the city has finally started closing the park after 9pm.

My social circle expanded exponentially and I got a girlfriend lol
She's long gone (current gf is different), but the social circle has remained and I've been a part of some pretty cool stuff with them. Got into lifting, started swimming again, going on outings, lots of outdoor activity, and a bunch of stuff that led to current gf.
