I feel like someone turned the lights on to my medical history for the last 10 years!
Yesterday I had my doc run my homocystiene numbers. High results usually indicates mthfr. I have been taking methylated vitamins for two months and my numbers still show a high homochsteine but MUCH lower cholesterol! It dropped by about 50 points because of properly methylated nutrients my body could understand. My nurse of a husband thought I was crazy til he saw my cholesterol is lower than his.
At the Dr's office and listening to the front desk staff talking about how we are all going to be affected by this stupid alarm today.
I honestly cant wait til it goes off and nothing happens! May it cause people to reevaluate things and not be so gullible.
Its dark and dreary in NC this week and every morning, I step outside hoping itll be cold and its just muggy and hot. I am officially ready for crisp, fall weather! For now though, I get hurrican remnant weather. Be safe Florida peeps!
Finally got to sit down and write after several busy weeks. I have wanted to enter a writing contest for weeks and the deadline is tomorrow. Today has been busy and long but it got done!!!
Now to gear up for the dentist tomorrow. I get to get evaluated for a root canal. Prednisone for 4.5 years screwed my teeth so I am NOT looking forward to this visit but am so thankful to be off that horrendous drug (I cant even call it medicine...its not.)
