Getting your transaction into a specific block is always probabilistic by nature. What I would do is prepare a transaction with very high feerate then watch the mempool and as soon as block 777776 is confirmed broadcast the transaction. Hopefully(!) yours gets included in the next block unless you were outbid by others or a miner happens to find 777777 very quickly.
You mention buying. Do you plan to buy on an exchange? If yes most likely they already have the bitcoin to sell you, but more importantly the buy and sell orders on the exchange have nothing to do with the bitcoin blockchain thus your buy won't appear in any block just when you withdraw your coins. Sorry if you already know this it's only for clarification.
