No, I don't think so. However you can create new emails, give yourself invite codes for each one, and install multiple Alby Hub instances running side by side.
Just install each alby hub instance inside their own Linux desktop virtual machine first. Then you can scale up or down on alby hub VMs as needed depending on your available system resources.
