Iโm flexible and not terribly out of shape but have some work to do! I like low key activities and thought yoga or Pilates. Iโll try pilates next.
I had to do beginner class; felt a bit too slow but have to start somewhere! Iโll go back. Signed up for 12 classes, 4/wk. My hope is to learn moves now and by summer be able to do it on a paddle board, or at least try! ๐
