Anyone have Xero cross trainers and can share thought?? or other type of shoe recommendations for the gym? Iβve considered chucks but not sold on this one.
Iβm almost always barefoot. flip- flops, hey dudes when necessary. but do go to the gym and have old Nike roshe running shoes. Gotta replace these.

Love curious kids and the things they notice. Never too many questions! Check out goat eyes, too. When I was teaching 4th grade we helped students learn about adaptation; both the nocturnal eyes and grazer eyes are so interesting.
