I donโ€™t find twitter addicting. Nostr on the other handโ€ฆ Iโ€™m always checking and learning from it.

The #proofofwork fitness challenge starts in ~ 30 hours, per the next expected difficulty adjustment.

To participate, do 1 crunch, 1 squat, 1 push-up per block mined for a total of 144 of each per day.
