It will be interesting to see. Being part of paid relays might be 50/50. Either you won’t ever use them and can be a ‘waste’ of sats OR you don’t buy them, and when free relays get really overly spammy and toxic, the FOMO will inflate the paid relay prices massively. So flip a coin.
Similar to real life, higher up drunk ppl will happily show you around, if they like you

Happy to have made those shirt designs and all that, had to learn so much new stuff, to be able to have them actually online and available. I won’t advertise them, as they are made as a potential wearable advertisement and those interested can always contact me.
I will be going back to basics, connecting with people, staying curious, teaching and paying it forward.
It’s like having a private server you can access. If I disable all relays but one paid one, only people that have that same paid relay as me will see the content posted.

Bots or spam accounts most likely won’t spend to access paid relays. And if you only have paid relays added, you will experience much less spam, scams etcetc. If a paid relay is enabled with your other relays, it won’t have that kind of effect.
Furthermore, if people who want to keep themselves maybe more separated and distanced from the free relay community, then they could easily just be contactable on a single paid relay
