The Fediverse is not really more censorship resistant than Twitter.
I had accounts on four Fediverse instances. Three of them don't exist anymore. The last one standing is mastodon.social
I was never banned from Twitter but they hide my tweets.

There was a time when I only used the Fediverse and it was great until the instance I was using was shut down.
I feel like Nostr is what the Fediverse should have been.

Nostr really solves the issue of having too many memes saved on your phone. You could simply keep the links to the memes and post them here when needed.

If I remember correctly, Nostr does something about it. If you run a relay and your relay has its IP changed, it will try to communicate with the other relays that it knows to share its new IP.
I think relays share their list of known relays to one another, so they would all need to have their IPs changed at the same time for a successful attack on Nostr to work.
