Community is a part of health. A meal in silence with no electronics is great, but a meal with friends and family is necessary.

People love to use genetics as an excuse for everything.

Air goes in through the nose and lungs expand down into the belly. Only panicked animals breather their mouths.

What do you mean you still use a microwave, anon?!

But what if the risk is how one gets off? Asking for a friend…

Why count calories when you can count how many sats your bulk order of raw milk ice cream is going to run you?

Why count calories when you can count the number of gallons of real milk you’ve consumed in the past 7 hours?

We have people usin’ math and spreadsheets and protractors and whatnot to attempt to be fit. It’s not that hard. Ditch the calculator fiat man.

There are other forms of meditation besides the traditional concept of sitting quietly in the lotus position.

I consider anything that helps to clear your mind as a meditative act. Lifting in the gym, going for walks, creating art, prayer, etc.,

Although, I insist that you try traditional meditation.

Please stop chloroforming yourself and get a shower filter already.

I have a natural repulsion to the idea of counting calories and macros.

The only math I do relating to health and fitness is calculating the number of hours that have passed since the start of simmering my broth made from the bones of my enemies.

The most math you should be doing relating to your health and fitness is counting somewhere between 1 and some positive double-digit integer to know how many reps in the gym you did.

After a consistent commitment to fitness and nutrition people will start to respond differently and positively to your mere presence.

You will attract them. They will be pulled in by your magnetism.

Constantly punishing your body is not health.

My routine a couple years back:

-Wake up

-Go to the gym in a fasted state

-Lift heavy every day

-Hit the sauna

-Drink black coffee on an empty stomach

-And only eating meat, keeping me in ketosis

There is a place for all of these things, but these are typically very stressful on the body. So as a constant routine and in conjunction with one another this left me in a consistent state of fatigue and not nearly as vibrant as I am today.

Easy exercise routine that incorporates sun (Especially for the office folks that sit all day).

Go for a walk in the morning.

Go for a walk in the afternoon.

Go for a walk in the evening.

I’ll either do 2/3 or 3/3 for a basic rest day.

At no other point in evolution did we sit inside all day then blast ourselves with the sun at noon as we sit there doing nothing then return back inside until the same time tomorrow.

The sun is your friend! Be friends with it, anon!

The OG “sunblock” was a hat, a light airy shirt, and/or sitting in the shade.

Ditch your chemical paste. It’s blocking all the vitamin D and damaging your skin in the process.

We don’t need pastes, pills, and plastics for all of our problems.

The average persons foot muscles are really deprived of exercise because of unatural cushioning in modern shoes and your feet are bundled up and not able to properly spread out.

If you’re wearing shoes for working out at least try to get flat ones if you don’t have the option to go barefoot. I personally use Birkenstocks for more stationary lifts (Bonus: Some of the Birkenstocks are free of synthetic materials on the parts that touch your skin)

Most commercial gyms are fine with you being in your socks though.

There is always something you can do to be just *that* much healthier, but don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.
