Average Person: ”Wow, what do you eat?”
Me: “Mostly, Regenerative farmed grass-fed, grass-finished beef + [Assortment of raw dairy products]”
Average Person: “Oh well it looks like it works for you!”
Me: ”It works for me because it works for everybody”
Average Person: ”….Oh.”

I once asked a restaurant (Au Coeval in Chicago) what kind of fat they use to fry their foods - to prove a point to a family member - and of course, they happened to use beef tallow so I promptly ordered multiple orders of french fries.
But on numerous occasions, I’ll ask and the result will be “a mix of canola and soybean oil” and my response is almost always “Oh wow, amazing!” as I promptly walk out and never come back.
Your real milk and the ice cream you make from it will look more golden in the springtime and early summer.
This is a feature, not a bug.

I didn’t look at each individual pair, but looks like they’re cut with nylon and spandex.
I’ve only found 100% wool socks through luxury clothing brands and they’re more so made for dressing up rather than athletic activity.
Most people do (polyester, nylon, acetate, acrylic, etc.,). Even worse, most people wear recycled plastic clothes.
For those of you trying to ditch plastic clothes and switch to natural fibers. Socks are one of the most difficult items to find that are made of 100% natural fibers. I’ve tried 100% cotton socks, but if you are someone who is ripped and beautiful and aligned with the truth these socks easily get torn up over the course of a few months of lifting weights and going for walks.
Your best bet is to set yourself up to do as many things as possible barefoot (Which you should have been striving to do already so you can better exercise your foot muscles) or with shoes that have leather insoles that you can go barefoot in (loafers or Birkenstocks).
If I’m at a commercial gym I will typically wear Birkenstocks for more stationary lifts.

Real men use a Magic Conch to engage with Nostr.
I appreciate the suggestion, but I do caffeine on-and-off for weeks or a month at a time (no particular “strategy” involved) and the difference is still negligible at best when consumed on a full stomach and cut with a carb and/or fat.
But that’s as far as my sleep goes. I can of course tell the difference in my short term morning/mid-day energy with or without caffeine
If Damus goes away how are my millions of followers going to stay in tune with the absolute alpha I provide with my health and nutrition advice?
I know I’m yelling into the abyss here, but does anyone know if the Damus app just disappears off my laptop when the App Store cuts it loose?
the double digit sats from these zaps are what put food on my table and Apple is trying to take the food out of my 9 children’s mouths.
These people are sick.

When I was doing strict carnivore 3 years back, I could tell the difference in the quality of my sleep when I incorporated caffeine and when I didn’t.
Nowadays, I only have coffee after I’ve eaten breakfast. I take a few sips of straight black coffee then cut it with real milk or real cream. I can’t explain the biochemistry at play here, but the caffeine no longer has any noticeable impact on my sleep.
I tried protein shakes when I was 18. Didn’t see much improvement and ditched them after a couple months. Even back then they felt too fiat for me, but I couldn’t yet explain it.
Coffee milkshakes made with ice cream made of real milk is my protein shake for morning workouts.
In the near future, it will be widely understood that the way we ate, the way we dressed, and the way we constructed the built environment - pre-fiat world - all were done with purpose.
So in the near future, it will be commonplace for us to eat, dress, and build like we did 150+ years ago (1000+ if you believe in the Tartarian Antiquetech Theory) because we will understand this was the directionally correct approach to human progress.
I try to exclusively use animal fats (mostly tallow, and pork lard) from properly raised animals for cooking purposes, but sometimes I will include a dollop of coconut oil to raise the smoke point.
I used to eat a lot of olive oil growing up, but given that a number of producers creating questionable quality olive oil (also true of avocado oil) I don’t even bother sifting through the different companies. I enjoy making and consuming high quality food, the last thing I want to *have to* do is hours of research to enjoy my meal.
My favorite quick snack is some sourdough toast dipped into some bone broth.
Works wonders if you ever catch a stomach bug.
Sometimes I just straight up eat the gelatin that’s formed when my bone broth has cooled in the fridge.
Be mindful of how much marrow you include in your bone broth. Too much of it can make your broth taste very metallic.
