Anyone else kinda thought that barbershop was named “Fauci”?

Tuck in your shirt, go down to your local farmers market, shake your ranchers hand, and then buy out his entire stock of pasture raised grass-fed grass-finished beef. All of it.

Speaking of skin microbiomes, throw a little raw kefir and raw honey in your bentonite clay mud mask to nourish the skin.
If you haven’t already I would watch that Graham Hancock documentary on Netflix + check out his JRE podcasts.
Also the Tartarian “Conspiracy Theory” is aligned with this kind of thinking. May or may not be true, but it definitely highlights the potential falsehoods of western history and the possibility that we were previously advanced.
Most people’s daily showers are just a ritual of them genociding their skin microbiome.
Chemical body wash, hot chlorine filled tap water, using a plastic loofah to scrub ones skin. Slap on some aluminum deodorant after and we’re good to go👍🏽
If you didn’t know, loofahs are a natural sponge-like species in the ocean. Ditch the plastic lookalike.

On my rest days from the gym and when I don’t have any particularly special event or gathering to go to I’ll skip a shower that day.
My normal showers are already solely using filtered water and a loofah. But giving the skin microbiome a break is always good.
I liken it to real milk vs pastuerized “milk”, when you get rid of the natural enzymes the milk rots and spoils whereas with the natural enzymes the milk clabbers. Fully intact (just a slightly sour taste).
Most of health is just not interfering with your body’s natural processes.
Get out of your own way.

I am not an advocate for taking supplements. Too complex. You have no idea what you’re getting without thorough research and even then the product is likely denatured in a way that is not compatible with your body to even utilize.
Magnesium as far as I can tell is one of the most difficult minerals to get, but I think between raw dairy, bone broth, and supplementing with bentonite clay you may be able to get adequate magnesium in this world of degraded soil.
Don’t worry, none of the nostriches are. We’re even earlier than we are to bitcoin😏
That’s interesting, but I wouldn’t doubt it.
I could be remembering it wrong, but I don’t think that the Aztecs even knew who the Mayans were. It was just a general name given to the people who built the structures they used.
I think the Mayans were very advanced (Possibly apart of a highly advanced worldwide civilization). So in contrast to them, most other civilizations would seem less than.
But damnit if they didn’t understand corn😩
Where is this? Au Cheval has my heart. Especially with the beef tallow fried French fries.
It is incredible how “smart” your ancestors were when it came to preparing and eating foods properly.
Because grains and legumes have differing amino acid profiles (where one is strong in the amino acids that the other group lacks) it is important to eat them together and with a meat to get the entire spectrum of amino acids so you can properly utilize them.
Sure enough that’s exactly how most traditional Mexican dishes are prepared (beans, corn tortilla, beef/chicken/pork). I’m sure this is common in other cultures as well.
Not to mention that the Aztecs understood the process of nixtimalizing of corn.
BUT! This is too much complication for me so I personally would just cook a ribeye steak instead.

Don’t religions have one day off structured into their week? The sabbath or the shabbat?
It is not “Boomer Capitalism” that destroyed your food systems. Depending on how you personally define “Boomer Capitalism”, it’s a symptom of or completely confused for existing in a fiat monetary system.
The fertile soil for the destruction of your food systems were laid long before boomers were even born.
Everything boils down to the economics. Inflationsim and government subsidies make the most clownish of activities economical.
Why are vast swaths of land dedicated to growing nutrient devoid food? Government has been subsidizing their growth for decades. It’s (artificially) economical.
Why is Round-Up Ready Corn the standard?
Hiring several workers to individually spray the weeds around the crops is more expensive than creating a GMO crop that can be crop dusted en masse with toxic pesticides. It’s (artificially) economical.
Why do almost all restaurants fry the food in seed oils?
Restaurants run on pretty thin margins as it is and even more so when inflation hits the proteins so frying in artificially cheap seed oils is a way to cut costs. It’s (artificially) economical.
Why is almost all of the store bought beef and dairy of such low quality?
The way the agricultural subsidies are structured is so that the farmers with the most acreage and production receive most of the subsidies so these factory farms that keep the cows in dire straits, constantly producing stress and fear hormones, and kept on concrete lots, are able to churn out even more. It’s (artificially) economical.
Why is the soil so degraded?
Because those same farms as mentioned above, have a highly concentrated number of cows shoulder-to-shoulder on concrete lots. Whereas naturally you would have large swaths of land NOT taken up by GMO corn and soy - and now increasingly solar panels and wind mills - where many smaller regenerative ranching operations can flourish and allow the cows to graze and fertilize the fields naturally. Additionally, the artificially economical Round-Up Ready Corn fields that are being sprayed with toxic industrial chemicals are leeching into the soil killing it’s fertility and breaking down the aluminum in the earth that ultimately ends up in the food.
and so on and so forth.

I buy 95% of my groceries from the farmers market in sats. My rancher sells his meat, milk, and sourdough bread for sats
People think they’ll smell if they don’t use deodorant. You will if your diet is mostly industrial chemicals.
If you’re eating a high quality species appropriate diet you won’t be detoxing all of it through your sweat. So when you do sweat, it won’t be this pungant offensive stench, you’ll just have this faint sweat smell that can only be noticed if one puts their nose directly in it. Otherwise, it’s not noticeable and easily washes off from the filtered water in your shower.

Before dropping deodorant all together I was using Schmidt’s, it like a charcoal + magnesium based deodorant, easily the best one I had ever used.
For most of my adult life I have avoided buying white clothes mostly because I knew eventually yellow pit stains would arise given this was a common theme in most of my clothes as a teenager.
I recently thought maybe that was because I was detoxing through my armpit sweat.
Turns out, the aluminum in the deodorants mix with the proteins in your sweat and form this yellow-ish color.
Another reason you should drop your fiat-deodorant. Not only will it poison you with parabens, phthalates, aluminum, and lord knows what other chemicals, but It’ll also stain your beautiful natural fiber clothes.
Stop using deodorant, but if you must there are plenty of natural options now. Bentonite clay is a viable option as well.
