Socialism Cannot Work, Not Even in an AI-Driven Economy

"Some are claiming that AI can make socialism workable, but even AI cannot take the place of entrepreneurial economic calculation."
Big Bitcoin Breakthrough (Splicing)
"In this video, I discuss how splicing can make it easier and less expensive to rebalance Lightning payment channels, while creating more fungibility between BTC on-chain and BTC on Lightning.
Splicing is the ability to add or remove sats from a Lightning channel using sats from another Lightning channel or from on-chain-- all without needing to close and reopen the channel, which costs more in transaction fees and waiting time."
Monetary inflation, by some major metrics, has gone negative in recent months. Since prices generally follow money supply, we may well see declining prices soon.
However, the regime has always been terrified of deflation, so I don't see them allowing this to continue for long.

The "sticky wages" issues was one of Keynes' main reasons for advocating an inflationary money. Politicians used Keynesianism as cover for money printing.
So, the wage issue caused Keynesianism and Keynesianism caused out of control spending.

There's an additional problem, which is the campaign filter. The traits that make someone a successful campaigner (narcissism, sociopathy, dishonesty, etc) are also not the traits of "those who represent us best".
Well that sounds fun
You should fact check that last point. It's only true if you mean it in the present tense (or future, probably).
I second that. I lived in NM for several years and I never even saw one of those, although our house did get invaded by black widows.
That's hilarious. Please tell me that's an authentic tweet, rather than an intentional joke.
I've got them queued up. We'll see when I can get a chance to do some casual reading.
If you pay close attention, you'll notice that Democrats usually say we live in a "Democracy" (obviously there's no way to tell if you're hearing them talk.), and with the definition I gave, they are correct.
As far as I can tell, this is the only way to make sense of so many seemingly hypocritical statements made by Democrats.
I see your mistake: we don't live in a "democratic" society. We live in a "Democratic" society, which just means rule by Democrats. It's a neat little bit of word play.
I definitely don't need any convincing on that front. Most mainstream physicists think dark matter is a fudge factor for let's say an incomplete theory.
Congressman Seeks to BAN Federal Reserve From Creating CBDC | Congressman Warren Davidson
"United States Republican Representative Warren Davidson has been very vocal in his opposition to CBDC’s and has even been urging Congress to ban and criminalize their development."
It makes sense if they either don't perceive him as a real threat or feel that taking him out would do more to validate his claims than letting him talk.
