Let garlic crisp lightly brown

Add okra and lower back to mid-high

Add salt

Add black pepper

Add crushed chipotle pepper (optional)

Stir Okra every 45-90 sec for 5ish mins

Cover okra for one 90 sec cycle

Turn back to high

2-4 45-90 sec cylces on the okra to crisp
