I give up. I've tried to make NixOS work as my coinage system in lxd/incus but it can't even do a single, simple rebuild - immediately fails, every time with something else. It is completely and utterly frustrating... The trace is also completely useless in telling me what exactly went down. Highly disappointed. It works on the RasPi we deploy at work, but the moment you do something funny with it, it falls into a thousand pieces?... I'd rather try and find something like ansible + alpine to use instead. This... this ain't it, chief.

I need to go on a relay hunt again. Theres a couple that stopped working - expired certs, or straight up unreachable. I also need to clean my own relay - it probably has a lot of backlogged junk... Maybe I should just reduce retention temporarily, lol.

The amount of support requests we get for Outlook alone is insane. Either it can not pull data from an omprem Exchange or it's profile has gone so bloated - 20GB+ - that it genuinely kills the app itself. o.o
Not like Thunderbird is any better, but my all-emails-i-have setup is barely bigger than 4GB - and thats like five addresses. Crazy.

Almost done with FF7 Rebirth.
I learned to hate Ray Tracing from this game, because it made the game designers go completely stupid. Like, literally. The light-to-dark transistions in rooms, caves and such is AWFUL. Some parts of the game are literally unplayable because someone - probably an exec - fapped one too many times about raytracing. This is, by far, the worst implementation that I have seen of it. Genuely brutal.
And, mini-game-hell. x.x I do love a fair amount of mini games, but at some point they become nothing but a restriction nightmare that saps the fun out of them for no reason. Same goes for later colloseum fights. Like, who the fuck thought doing an Aerith solo fight was a good idea? She got nerfed into oblivion compared to the first game...
It is still a great and fun game, but last night I really just wanted to throw my controller at the wall because not just did I have to peal apart my nice generic setup, overthrow all the concepts for the characters, but also put the game on easy, and develop a strat JUST for this ONE "fight" that I can now forget forever because it will never be needed again.
Some decisions made in and for this game are utter brainrot. x.x

I am quite liking XAML - just wish the VS Designer had a real toolbox and actual WYSWIG editing. Still, it's pretty good! Since Avalonia targets Mac, Windows and Linux, I might give it a try as a nostr client, see where it goes o.o
