[ENG/GER] NOT a bitcoiner/stacker/maxi. I am here to have a damn good time! Rabbithole conniseur; I enjoy random stuff. :D Ex-Furry, (close to) blind, hobby developer/sysadmin, waifu enjoyer, long hair fetish (#hairjob). I sometimes talk about NSFW stuff; because fucking is fun =) (DMs always open.)

WOBBLES!!

Man, my Skrillex phase, mainly thanks to Saints Row's dubstep gun, is quite some years ago. But damnit, dubstep is awesome af :D

Today is a country-wide day off here in germany.

and I am enjoying every goddamn minute of it :D

Hey, I mean, Zeus still can't read the Nostr object attached to a zap - so all i see is a big, fat JSON. I'd love to have more Nostr integration. Personally, when explaining LN to non-nostr users, I compare it to Twitch Bits; with the exception that I don't have to wait for daddy Bezoz to do the payout, but I can actually use whatever service I want to exchange it for gift cards or something else. And thus, since I tread it this way, having a deeper Nostr integration makes sense - in my mind, at least.

Did, a few times in fact. Kinda happens when you keep bumping into things like me ^^; That said, I did put a case on it. But it's been fine so far. o.o

HipHop? Somehow I did not expect to run across that when searching for "omnom"... But, hey, it's neat. ^^

So, I've been running my Pixel Fold with GrapheneOS since November last year. Basically, it's a high recommendation. Not a single hard crash, smooth and constant updates, great compatibility and all features you would expect from a folding phone, work. It's soooooo nice~ ^_^ And, so private!

Some day I want to write an app to listen on a dozen relays, find tunestr notes, and shove them into a Spotify playlist and call it "The sound of Nostr". Would be fun to see what people would add to it - be it by chance or not. o.o

Not a single "nom" in this but the artist's name. But it goes quite hard - worth posting!

I looooove it when Proton Bridge fails to start and doesn't tell me a damn thing about it. I enjoy not receiving my emails! X.x

Untanbling cloudian's jargon is even more difficult than reading a few BIPs and NIPs or BOLTs. Seriously, people that made Operator Framework, KNative and other k8s tools, really need to rip that stick out their ass and just talk like normal people @.@!

I typed "omnom" into Spotify's search.

Let's see what happens :D

It feels like nostr is enabling a decentralized protocol renaissance. nostr:npub1v0lxxxxutpvrelsksy8cdhgfux9l6a42hsj2qzquu2zk7vc9qnkszrqj49 added this torrent NIP recently: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1175 what if we utilize bittorrent for discovering and sharing files via nostr? This is not a new idea but the network affects could have huge benefits on seeding:

Imagine someone reposts a torrent and says “please help me seed this”. Then clients could integrate bittorrent and start helping out right away. Then you could zap people who helped seed.

nostr can fix many decentralized protocol incentives problem just from its network effects and embrace of open protocols.

Do bittorrent over i2pd for some anonymization and I am in.

(Tor kindly asks people to not use them for torrents, whilst i2p has a dedicated section about it and libbittorrent supports it natively by utilizing SAM.)

Don't forget that not every random tech enthusiast is a coiner and knows what your lingo means.
