#3 for sure, but I don't think this network protocol is it. Something like ION for fully decentralized identity and then self hosted Peergos for social graph and media would work. The p2p network should self-organize, having these proxy servers as a necessity is a huge weak point.

Still going to try using this for a while, see how it goes.

Where is NOSTR's PKI stored? Is this a version of ION or something else, is there a white paper?
