Did anyone actually read the article and the court document? This guy screwed himself over by his sub-ethical business practices that toed DOL regulations. Then he screwed up his own administrative determination process by not having representation. It's basically just and ad for their law firm.... ugh. He made improper deductions from his employees pay for housing and uniforms. If you support corporate stores and this type of working-debt, you're part of the problem.
