What is the reason there is so little conflict and negativity here on nostr?

Maybe because this place is a beacon of freedom, populated by freedom lovers? And having love of freedom in common makes other differences a bit unimportant?

At the same time, freedom is increasingly being painted as extremely dangerous by media and governments.

Maybe freedom is actually conflict limiting? Uniting us, rather than dividing us…

nostr is counter-culture today and has the potential to stay that way.

The open and wildly decentralized development model keeps it punk.
