The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has officially filed a criminal complaint with Swiss authorities, leading to the initiation of an investigation into a suspected Israeli war criminal currently present in Switzerland.
According to a statement released by HRF, the complaint is supported by extensive evidence implicating the individual in war crimes and crimes against humanity.
These crimes include attacks on civilians, destruction of homes and hospitals, forced displacement, and other severe violations of international law committed in the Gaza Strip.

I guess, if the US wants they will do. Aren't they occupying a third of Syria since a decade, stealing all, or at least most, of Syria's oil and crop. Nobody does anything against it. Rules and laws do not apply to the big powers. Reality is a bitch, sometimes.

That's a good question. Let's see how the propaganda machine is trying to spin all this. When you look how the terrible situation in Syria is already "normalized", then it's possible that the Gaza situation is just brushed under the carpet. At least that's what I think is their attempt.
