My uneducated guess is they already sold the discounted corn OTC and now it’s the market makers job to move price down so they can replenish. All exchanges large enough to move price short term are sharing info and they know exactly when and what to do to create the forced selling that will make price go down quickly.

I’m only stating that for ME it’s too much of a red flag. Anyone else can do what they want with that information. People have been inserting “bugs” into open source projects that take years to discover or be exploited… even with many eyes looking at the code.
I think vulnerabilities in old versions are mostly ddos types so as long as those older versions are under 50% or so of the entire ecosystem it’s a net positive to have them… in the case there’s a bug/vulnerability that takes down only the newer versions. That’s what I’ve heard stated in technical podcasts.
