I spent most of my day interviewing software engineering interns. The experience was INVIGORATING. There is so much excitement and drive in the next generation of problem solvers and I'm grateful to be part of their journey.

What do you think is the most important skill they should learn if they want to shape our future through code?

I work hard for the car I want to own and proud to drive. It really sucks when a poor driver decides they want to hit you from behind. No injuries, little damage, but scuff marks and chips on the bumper will be a forever reminder and nag me every time I walk by her. It’s not worth the cost to repair and it could have been worse but people suck.
