I feel like we’re at a point where our relationship with big tech has become adversarial.
On open protocols when a product changes focus and starts "extracting" value from its users, you can move.
When it comes to the walled gardens meta, X, ++ have created. They can put a lot more pressure on to gain value from their users.

I have been listening to JB since Matt Hearly was on Linux action show. And since then I have been learning and playing with Linux and that naturally evolved into home servers.
Selfhosted has been a distilled stream of inspiration that has kept me playing with my home server setup for years.
I look forward to hearing Alex on LUP. But will miss the fortnightly fix of solfhosted fun!
So between LUP and 2.5 Admins I’ll need to find something to help fill the void selfhosted will leave behind.
