2. Tando computes BTC amount from users fiat input amount, and generates lightning invoice.

3. Once invoice is paid, we dispurse the fiat amount to the recipient.

4. Provide a receipt.

In speaking with folks in the local township/slum, they need a way to buy very small amounts of sats. Exchange fees eat too much of what they can afford. Wondering if there is a way that a mint could aggregate micro-sat-stacking into single bulk buys for their community to bring fees down?
