I mostly agree with this. I do respect this is scaredafornia so very well might be scaredy pants, but depending on how he and his items were strewn out across the back of the bus, Iām not sure a fellow bus rider crawling crossed a sleeping man to disarm him of the weapon thatās fallen haphazardly out of his belongings is the right move. Either way unfair to describe that as noticing a guy is armed. Id like to assume it was some mix of the two.

while disputes arise from time to time due to differences in interpretation or interests, the participating nations even in the majority of disputes work to resolve them.
I think whatās happened is weāve added more verticals, not necessarily bad thing, like cyber, sustainability, climate, and each vertical gets its own headline dispute. Thus making it seem as if disputes or breaks from the norm are more common.
itās such a huge body of disconnected things that the question if IT is still a thing or if IT is meaningless is irrelevant.
a centralized government to enforce IT would be bad but not sure who or what irons out the contradictions of IT as the body grows.
