There are two ways:
The mind sets up goals, and the body obeys.
The body sets up goals, and the mind obeys.
In the first, the mind will be happy, but the body will not.
In the second, vise versa...
Once upon a time, I needed a very specific drone with custom functions and full automation. There was no such drone in the world at that time. So, I decided to create it.
It seemed interesting, so I learned engineering, design, aeronautics, electronics, materials and manufacturing, microelectronics, programming and several more. I also needed CAD and simulation soft, so I learnt it too.
I built several manufacturing machines and created every single detail inside my home. Then assembled all the electronics PCBs with all the parts and microchips. Then created all the necessary software and programmed everything.
Then testing, testing, testing, several crashes, testing, fixing, and boom! This is what I've made ๐ It took me 4 years...
Sometimes people ask me what crazy things have I done in my life... This is crazy for me...
The limitations are in our heads! Everything is possible... https://video.nostr.build/0ccdde29f73cee7805d4c367620eb8085847b6a5d1524ce0a3628815ac0da218.mp4

Great things are hard to achieve and require time, energy, and pain. This is why they're great, not a lot of people can do it.
But think about it this way: living your life and just doing whatever everyone else is doing is boring, not interesting, and a waste of life.
Why choose that when you can choose excellence? There will be pain, anyway!
I'm an engineer with 20 years of experience. I know exactly how things work and have tried everything ๐
Try to understand the message...
When you surround yourself with your purpose... when you create an environment that supports it... when you remove all other options and distractions... the only thing that remains is to pursue your purpose, and the only outcome there can be is success!
You can put different types of fuel in your car, and it will probably work. However, that doesn't mean you should. The better approach is to choose the best fuel available and use it.
This post is not about cars.
I am almost 40. I eat only meat and eggs, train every day, run, learn, create, communicate, travel, and do business.
At my 88 kg, in one go I can do:
20 pullups,
50 pushups,
Run 6 km in 30 min,
Walk 50 km ia a day.
I can go without food for many days in a row. My max is 14 days.
Becoming stronger and tougher with time ๐ฅ๐ชโค๏ธ
A quadcopter drone uses loads of different sensors to determine what is real (true or false). Any source of information can be corrupted or inaccurate.
To understand the world we live in, to find what is true, we need to acquire information from many contradicting sources and test and experience it ourselves, too.
Otherwise, our reality most likely will be just a delusion...
Most advice for men on X is really for boys.
"Avoid stress, worrying, things and people you don't like. Choose whatever chooses you. Strive for peace of mind..."
Boys like to think they're men. They like pleasure and comfort.
The world is literally in chaos. You either learn to swim in it, or you will disappear!
Life is like an old good video game. There are characters on each level and mission. They come, do their job, and then it's time to let them go. If you try to hold onto them, you stop progressing, and life gets stuck...
When you finally understand your worth and become proud of yourself, you get access to unlimited amounts of energy within... Fear disappears... You become driven and start succeeding...
Exceptional, individual, unique, interesting, admirable...
To embody and represent these concepts, you explore yourself, the world, learn, go through lots of different difficult events, become experienced and competent, learn to think and talk...
Doing dumb stuff like tattoos, dying your hair in bright colors, getting piercing, behaving stupidly, smoking, using alcohol or drugs, or any other useless behavior will never make you stand out or unique!
Tackling your fears, weaknesses, insecurities, and misunderstandings daily is a must if you want to be effective, successful, and happy.
It is discomforting, yes. But as an adult, you should understand that discomfort is a natural part of life. Without it, there's no happiness and no life!
If you keep going, you will eventually build it. Nothing can stop you...
Did you know that
beef, eggs, salmon, and dairy are the most nutritious healthy foods?
But somewhy, we are presented with a different narrative... Why that may be the case? Hmmm... ๐ค
Try searching for healthy foods...
Men can be in one of two states:
When we don't know things, we're humble, because we feel ignorant and want to learn and understand stuff.
When we understand it, we are arrogant, because we think that we are really smart and therefore superior to others...
But to achieve greatness, we need to be in both states simultaneously. Humbleness and interest to learn will assure constant progress, while arrogance and pride will force us into unknown in pursuit of greatness.
Expressing your thoughts in a way other people can understand is a good feature. Whatever you say I can't understand. So, either you will express yourself in a clear manner, or we will not communicate further ๐
Natural selection is not intentional. Everything is moved by game theory. Many options are created randomly and then depending on conditions are being selected. Plants mutate randomly and produce different flowers. Bees then select them, randomly too. The bees that survive pass their taste to offsprings. So, bees with good taste thrive, as well as flowers that taste good.
This mechanism is wery well researched and documented, so read more...
I don't understand which part is not logical or seems impossible to you ๐ค
When you're a stupid child, you understand that you dont know shit, you shut up and learn.
Then, after some learning, when things seem logical and when you think you're becoming smart, you start noticing everything that is wrong with the world and that everyone around is stupid. This is a phase where you get knowledge but lack experience.
After, you start interacting with the world and after struggle, hardship and lots of suffering, you understand that it is not as black and white as you thought. You understand that everything has its reasons and it's not about right and wrong.
You're not the smartest person in the world. FAFO...
