The best way to become confident instantly and change your life for the better:

1. Decide that you are important.

2. Decide to start your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself.

3. Decide that from now on, you will always do whatever you say.

4. Decide that there is no task you can't conquer.

Notice the pattern? It's all about the decision. After you decide these things, you instantly become a different kind of person. And as long as you stay on this path and do whatever you have decided, you're the man!

Now stand up and act!

"It's the quantity that is harmful, even water can be deadly if you drink it too much!"

Try drinking too much water. No one dies in the world because of drinking too much water willingly.

There are millions of drug addicts who die because they use too much heroin.

There are millions dying because they use too much sugar, alcohol, cigarettes...

Water is good for life. Sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs are bad. It is not about the quantity. A small amount of heroin doesn't make it good.

Stop deceiving yourself and parroting the propaganda of drug producers...

Stop drinking sugar!

If your life is fucked, you can fix everything very quickly!

The trick is to stop explaining to yourself why you can't do whatever is necessary.

Write down everything you can come up with to fix the situation and start acting.

Forget about excuses. Only constructive actions.

It is important to understand that you're a dork and that everything you do is inefficient. Because you're not in the place you want to be, yet.

Stop clinging to the knowledge and habits you have. Experiment and fuck around. You need to grow, and for that you need to change!

You can't use your Ferrari to the max because you like to drive her in the first gear?

You dont reach your full potential because you like doing inefficient things?

If enjoying your life means doing things that make you mediocre, then you are duped.

Our bodies are made for movement. To be healthy and look good we need to move. The muscles need tension, we need to lift weights. It is not complicated, start moving!

When we eat crap, we look ill. Start with what you put in your mouth. Eat only real food, meat and eggs, fish, cheese... You will notice how you change soon.

Not effective. Fat is not bad, it is fuel. But carying more fuel than your car weights is not effective.

Most people believe everything they hear and see. We were not evolved to search for and detect lies. And some people use it to their advantage, deceiving and using people around...

Today! You can start changing your life for the better.

Choose one thing you know will benefit you and do it!

The ability to use everything to your advantage and to achieve your goals makes you a man.

But if you find excuses or depend on others, you're a boy...

You don't do whatever you need to do because you don't trust yourself. What if you don't need to do it and are just delusional?

And why don't you trust yourself? Because you don't do what you say, and because you dont understand things deeply, and because you're not competent... You feel that mediocrity deep down.

Start by always doing what you say.

Also, dig deeper, analyze and try to understand how the world works. You're a man, you create your world, you need to know and understand everything!

Explore things, fuck around and find out. Experience gives competence, which makes you confident.

Then, you start trusting yourself and can do whatever is necessary, creating your world...

There are constructive actions and destructive actions.

Just by deciding to do the constructive and avoiding the destructive, you may change your life drastically.

You just need to decide!

You are strong. In fact, you are ten times stronger than you imagine.

Take yourself seriously. You can achieve great things!

Humans are very adapted to most environments. We can survive in many different conditions. We can eat many many kinds of foods. But there are better conditions and better foods.

While to survive we can eat anything, it doesn't mean we should eat crap when better food is available.

336 hours. The gym was closed, so I trained in the park with body weight.

Overall, I feel weak and sad. But it changes nothing, I will train every day and walk 10k steps minimum until day 21, which will mark 500 hours without food.

When you try to adapt the world to your expectations, you build a delusional reality, and your effectiveness decreases.

'The world is not fair. Good & evil. Luck. Right & wrong. Cheating.' — All these are artificial concepts created by humans.

The world is the way it is. It's fair and just, as the laws of physics, which are unavoidable, dictate.

You better be perspicatious and learn how the world works, using everything to your advantage.
